In addition to its main function as an anti-malware program monitoring behavioral characteristics of programs, this also has a rootkit scanning function which has two phases. The first checks the filing system, and the second checks the registry. It's reasonably quick, and provides a little more peace of mind to those of us who tend to worry about what's going on in there.
