Hey there Ray. You know, based on what's in focus in this picture I'd suspect that a telephoto lens was in play here. :-) And that being the case, it would be one hell of a "stone's throw".
Maybe I didn't explain it well enough - the billionaire's place is that huge white one in the bottom edge of the picture, which would make it the next street downhill from that new one being built. The streets up there run mostly across the slopes rather than up and down. Only a few main ones get you up or down in there. And God Help You if it snows or freezes. You can use your car for a toboggan.
