Gabriel's Trumpet

Gabriel's Trumpet, the foot-long flower. It's a tropical that is taken inside in the colder weather, and it's actually a weed where it originates.

  1. Is that what those are called! I had heard 'Trumpet,' before, but...had forgotten that. I have heard that they are poisonous, as well. They're cool! :-D

Hi, TC - I don't know if those are poisonous or not - but I don't plan
on trying to find out either.

How's the weather down there lately?

  3. Weather's been..."unusual" for this time of year. Odd breezes when it is usually stifling. Had a freak thunderstorm, overnight, a few nights ago, that had weather warnings re: high winds.

    How's about your weather?

Been on any nice bike rides, lately? :-D

(a couple of pics on your blog seem to be missing.)

Just found this confirming toxicity...although you'd have to consume a bundle, it appears! ;-)

Hi, TC - Thanks for the info on this.

I haven't been riding Old Bike as much as I thought I might, but I still plan to. Maybe old age really
    is creeping up on me.

If you find blank frames instead of pictures on here, try doing a reload
of the page. That usually fixes it.
The problem I think is with Blogger
because my pics are still in their files and still supposed to be here.

    Enjoy your day!
