That F-35 fiasco, one more time.....

Nobody knows what it's going to cost, if they ever get the bugs out of it, but meanwhile, back in China and Russia, they aren't waiting to see how we make out with all that. Theirs are flying already, and looking good doing it....



By the time that overpriced F-35 gets all its design flaws and technical bugs
fixed and becomes reliable enough for actual service, it will likely be obsolete.
The F-22 Raptor was a better plane, and they should have simply upgraded its
avionics to the latest standards, and kept it in production. It would be a better match for these Russian and Chinese aircraft, I betcha. And you don't get a second chance to make a first impression in this game. Both the Chinese and Russian aircraft have twin engines like the F-22 Raptor, while the F-35 only has one. That's one strike against it right there.
