They made a movie about Eddy Duchin, starring Tyrone Power and Kim Novak, with Carmen Cavallaro doing the actual keyboard work, and very nicely - but they haven't made a movie about Frankie Carle, and he's been one of the best piano men the country ever had. This example is from around 1947, I think.

Frankie Carle and his Orchestra
They made a movie about Eddy Duchin, starring Tyrone Power and Kim Novak, with Carmen Cavallaro doing the actual keyboard work, and very nicely - but they haven't made a movie about Frankie Carle, and he's been one of the best piano men the country ever had.
