Here's the latest from the security gurus on the state of our security and lack thereof, and I've got to wonder about those guys - I mean, really.
If they were half as good at protecting us from these amazing hackers and bad guys as they are at spreading fear and intimidation amongst the unsuspecting users out here, we'd all be a hell of a lot better off, and we might even start getting our money's worth from these costly security programs being flogged at us by these devious bastards. Haven't you ever wondered why these ace security types always seem to be playing 'catch up' with the bad guys they say are robbing us blind? Ever wondered if those 'bad guys' and those 'security experts' are one and the same? Are we being bamboozled by bullshit instead of being baffled by brains? We will probably never know for sure, because the truth is awfully hard to come by in situations like this, for obvious reasons.
