Dr. Web CureIt is a free on-line program that works along with your own stuff to scan and report on what's really on your machine. Just in case you have a nice antivirus program, but wonder if it is actually telling you the whole story.
The way you update this Dr. Web is to go back to its website here and download a fresh and up-to-date copy of it, and then do your scanning with it.
