Meanwhile, on Mars....


Close-up of a layer of rock in Gale crater, showing fused surface material with some round inclusions that may be more 'blueberries' similar to those found elsewhere on Mars, and also here on Earth from our Jurassic era. There may have been primitive forms of life here prior to the collision with that meteoroid about 3.5 billion years ago. If that hadn't happened, we might have Martian cousins today. And maybe somewhere else to go after Earth becomes uninhabitable, thanks to us.
