Some people are just plain dumb there Ray. It's like the 3 that stole a car and then got caught because they couldn't drive a manual shift car.. :-)
...and the drunk who came out of a bar, got into his car's back seat,then got out again and called the cops to report someone had stolen his steering wheel....
I hate it when my steering wheel get stolen like that!!! :-)
