"What's flying over your house?"

Yesterday, Tom in New York sent me the link to this neat program that shows us everything in the air that's on radar, and if you click on a particular plane, it will give you the details in that box on the left, along with its previous course from wherever. Use the little box in the upper right labeled "Jump to area" to pick the part of the world to begin, then use the mouse to drag the map to the region you want to view. Use the mouse-wheel to zoom in or out on the map. After 30 minutes, you will be asked to reload the page if you wish to continue. It's a busy program, and it can become 'habit-forming' so they have to gently remind us to go easy on their bandwidth. Here's where to get started on it.

And a great big 'Thank You' to Tom over there in New York for sending this. You were right, Tom - I really like it !
