WorldWide Telescope: A "how to" for Windows 10...

If you try installing it, and you see this.....

Instead of this...........

Then you need to (1.) Confirm you have .NET Framework 4.5.1. or later installed, and (2.) Download and install Visual Studio C++ 2010 for x86 systems, because this is a 32-bit program, and Windows 10's included Visual Studio C++ 2012 and 2013 are x64 or in other words 64-bit versions, and once you do this, do a reboot to get everything happy in there, and then try again, and you should see this....

And then, if you click/tap that cute little icon, upper left, you should see this.....

And you will now have this program running in Windows 10. Enjoy it!

P.S. -
When I mentioned Visual Studio C++ 2010 x86 above, there's a newer version, the one for 2013, and you should install that too, because this program has recently been updated....
