This is a suggestion for Nancy at Luna Press...

My "suggestion" is to color these cute little daily moons to simulate the actual appearance of the moon each night.

And incidentally, I've made the above copy in the correct proportions for use as a desktop background wallpaper, if you wish. It's a better one than you'll find among Google Gadgets, or Apple's Widgets, or Linux Desklets, and it gives you much more information than any of those. And here's where to learn more about this calendar.

And if you'd like a more realistic view, then you can have a planetarium program for your own computer, called Stellarium, and it looks like this....

We've all heard of the dark side of the Moon, thanks to Pink Floyd and their great album of that same name, so here's what it would look like in Stellarium tonight.....

And while I'm into this program, let's have a quick look at Mars this evening.....

OK, just to review, you need two things: Nancy's delightful calendar from Luna Press, and Stellarium, which is a free download. And then you can look at the Moon, and you will know exactly when to organize the next Howling. I haven't been to a Howling for ages now, and I really miss it. Maybe I should organize another one....... We used to have them quite regularly. We'd pack up some blankets, the kids, some snacks, some wine, some medicinal herbs, and make a night of it on the beach. Wonderful! I feel much younger just thinking about it...

Here's the calendar as a desktop background in Windows 10 Pro.....
