This was the view, looking up the hill earlier this morning. The fog is now lifting, but it isn't a great day here today.These 'hard times' have one advantage, though - at midnight last night, there weren't any gunshots or fireworks blasting off, nor anyone howling at the moon just because they were now one minute older than they were one minute ago. There's a silver lining in every cloud.
