More signs of Spring

The first tulip almost in bloom....
And buds on our Magnolia coming along nicely....

And this little guy keeping an eye on all of it....

  1. Hello Ray. So Gran C. has seen a severe storm yesterday with high winds rain and also thunderstorms during the night.
But this morning we're back to normal: sunshine and blossoms everywhere, after the heavenly irrigation.
I love to cruise over the island in my car and watch the wonderful scenery.
Best wishes from GC where I'm staying for a few days.

  2. What a perfect shot of the "little guy" (wildlife haha).
    I really enjoy your photography.

  3. Monsieur Beep, Old Chap....

Glad you're enjoying yourself there where the wildlife wears a bikini :)

That 'little guy' just seemed too cute to pass by, so I snapped it.
This Pentax X70 with 'superzoom' is quite good for taking close-ups from far away. As with that squirrel, I got a fairly good picture without being close enough to frighten it.

    Enjoy your holiday!

  4. They're sometimes restricted, the bikinis: consisting of just a slip. Now how's that, an even wilder wildlife haha!
The only domesticised wildlife which I'm allowed to touch is my landlords cat. She loves me, and I love her, as simple ad that. She likes sitting next to me when I'm reading.
