This is supposed to be a sunny day, according to the weatherman. So I have to ask, with all the technology at their disposal, and all those satellites, and all those aircraft up there zooming around, why the hell can't they come up with a more accurate forecast? Even looking out the window might give them a clue to the fact that their forecast is more than a little off the mark.
