More about those 'Healthy Choice' frozen meals

Here's my remedy to prevent the sauce in the bottom container from boiling dry or becoming too thick and possibly burning during cooking in the microwave.


This will ensure that your meal stays properly steamed during the cooking cycle. That lower portion holding the sauce is usually only about half full or less, and that isn't quite enough for the full cooking cycle in a 1200-watt microwave.
