If you make your own Themes, and can't quite find the right color in the selections shown in your editing program, try adding another layer to it with the opacity reduced to half or less, so that the original color shows through after you merge the two layers. The above is done with blue as the first layer and a medium-light grey at 50% opacity as the second layer before merging to this. If you experiment a little, you can get just the right combination.
