Co-operation between Russia and China ?

We had a similar design of helicopter here for search and rescue and coastal patrol work, but it had a problem. The engine air intakes iced up and starved the engine for air, causing it to land in the wrong places - like in the ocean.
So yes - redesign  it, and make the air intakes better. Maybe put heaters on them... Or make it so it can float.... or all of that.
