As the crow flies, this is about three miles from my window, so this isn't doing too badly. The part that I appreciate about it is that it isn't as grainy or noisy as some previous long-zooms I could mention, like my Pentax X70, for example. This was taken with a Nikon Coolpix P510 on a Manfrotto 190XB tripod, and is the first-ever photo from the camera.

I envy you...My old Canon(whatever) can only zoom 20X...and it does not have 1080-video capablities...That to me is important...You can video a flying bird and then after you have downloaded it in your pc...you can stop frame the video and make a perfectly sharp 8x10 print from the image...(I video pool players some time and make prints for them...) I want to see more pics...keep it up...

If we really look at ourselves as we sometimes do...We realize that sex has a way of finding it's way into our minds morning, noon and night...At least mine does...What is a better phallic symbol than a zoom lens which can zoom out 42 times?
