The lower image is wonderfully radiating the promise of the arriving spring. Snowing here in NRW/DE; looking forward to more summer skies in Feb in GC.
Don't you wish you could take care of the cows by remote control from Gran Canaria?
You're getting the winter this year that normally would come here, and we're getting an early Spring this year, thanks to El Nino.
It doesn't look good for the Winter Olympics around here. The local hills have less than half the regular snow, because it has been so mild and rainy lately.
I'm already remote-controlling the Missus from GC, haha. They'd better held the Olympics over here, there's more snow and ice. And the Winter isn't bound to come to an end soon. Moo.

You're probably right about the Winter Olympics - they might have been better over there, and it wouldn't have cost us so much :)
ReplyDeleteThey are padding up the course with
straw, and trucking in snow to cover it, and hoping that doesn't melt before they need it.
This is not one of those years when we've had 400 cm of base on the local downhill runs, unfortunately.
Stay warm over there...
