Irfan makes an excellent software product that I wouldn't be without, and when he releases a new updated version, I usually send a little donation to encourage him to continue. His website is here, where you can get Irfanview.
I really like Emco's MoveOnBoot, but it doesn't yet work in Windows 8.1, so I sent a little feedback to Igor back at their headquarters in Iceland, just to say 'Hello' and let him know I can't get his great little program working in Win-8.1.
