Where are the UFOs ? The Little Green Men ?

I'm not copying the whole three pages of this, because it's been done to death already. With due respect to Enrico Fermi and his paradox, I feel compelled to point out that our radio and TV signals have been spreading out in space for decades, forming a bubble of what can best be described as less than stellar intelligence, and probably frightening off visitors, who have wisely chosen to avoid such primitives. That's my theory, and I'm sticking to it....
