The latest program update is version number 5.0.594 available today.
This is free for personal use, and it includes automatic database updates, and email scanning along with the usual protections. If you land on a website that contains malware, it will warn you before that is downloaded to your PC. It's a very good program. You can spend more, but you can't get much better protection than this provides.
