There's a website that uses Google Maps to let you project that oil spill over a map of another area, more familiar to you perhaps, and show what it might cover if it was in that other location. You can find it here.

don't have the right technology to
apply a bandage when she starts bleeding to death....
It's a technical miracle that so many holes have been drilled succesfully though.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we were becoming too careless, and now we have triggered the Big One.
I'm saying We because we all depend on the stuff....
and BP Shell Total etc are just people like you and me, only at the other side of the counter.
Isn't it the duty of our service people (=politicians) to make to show us all the right way?
