Superantispyware Program Updates....

If you are using Superantispyware, (and if not, why not?) and you are having a problem getting the program updates to install (not the regular database updates) and your operating system is either Windows Vista or Windows 7, and especially if it is a 64-bit system, there's a special little routine you may need to use, to enable the Administrator mode for the installation process to proceed.

Here's what to do:-

(1.) Right-click the icon (the little bug) in the system tray, and select "exit".
(2.) Right-click the desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator".
(3.) Close the Superantispyware main menu if it opens.
(4.) Right-click the icon in the system tray again and select "Check for updates".
(5.) After the update is installed, reboot Windows.

The latest program update was released today, and is version 4.39.1002.

  2. Our rain has cleared off and the sun is out today, and we hope it lasts for a while.

Here's another program recently updated that is also a freebie and
quite useful and easy to use....

Try to ignore the weather and enjoy your weekend anyway.

  3. There's no better way than ignoring the (sometimes bad) weather here in DE. It's so changeable, like in your country probably.
I'll soon retreat to GC for a while so I don't care much. But today it takes 2 pullovers (1 hooded) 2 trousers and a scarf to keep me warm. It's very chilly.

Thanks for your technical hints, have a beautiful Sunday, Ray. We'll be thinking of you.

    Greetings,

    Helmut.
