This is an old picture, suffering from the ravages of time and poor storage, and was taken before December 15th, 2006, because this still shows Stanley Park with all its trees, and half of those got trashed in the near-hurricane we had on the night of December 15/16, 2006. So I must have taken this either during the summer of 2006 or earlier. These trees in the foreground blocking the view have now been mostly removed, and it only took our Parks people about 30 years to realize we couldn't show our visitors our beautiful scenery if all they were looking at were these lush lackanookie trees!
