A look down Memory Lane...

I knew what a Francis Turbine Runner did and how it was controlled and operated long before I learned the finer points about girls. In retrospect, I really should have stuck to the turbines and left the women alone! A turbine is predictable. Women never are!

And looking at this one, with all its stress cracks marked in felt pen, with notes, I'd have to say the owners should have bought from the Japanese. They make a better product than the European varieties I've had experience with.
