Facebook: When everything fades to black...

I have a method already; I periodically check my page, and then before I leave it, I go to Settings > Security > Deactivate your account and close it. If I want to get it back, my regular log-in reactivates it. If I don't make it back, then it is already deactivated. Problem solved.
