Page File in Win-8 and Win 8.1

If your Page File is consistently running at around 95% during normal activities, and it is set as "System managed", then it's set too low, and you need to increase its size. 

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run box, and type in "sysdm.cpl" (no quotes) and then have a look at these screenshots for how to find where to do the changing... I used the original recommendations shown for its "system managed" size ranges as the minimum and max for my settings, and instead of it running up near 95% in the graph, it is now at 39% and running nicely.

  
Please note: If you are dual-booting or triple-booting, reset each operating system with the same data, in the same way.
