If you've noticed incorrect times on your computer today after the time change to Daylight, go into Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, and in the left margin, choose and open Services, and look near the bottom of the list for Windows Time. It should be running and on Automatic. If you need to change it, that's done in "Properties".
Something stopped mine, and I was getting the wrong date and wrong time, and after correcting it, the next reboot would make it wrong again. Scans for malware showed no problem. But something stopped that process, and I don't know what it was. If you had anything like this, check yours.
