Re-installing Windows: Those 90+ updates

Getting all these downloaded and then installed takes longer than re-installing the Windows operating system. But it isn't a total loss - some of the programs on here have had updates themselves since originally installed....

Like this old favorite that I've been using for years. I don't think you can get a "lifetime" version these days, but when they were struggling to get noticed, this was one of the attractions, and I've had it ever since. I hasten to add that while there are fancier ones around, this does a very good job of grabbing adware and tracking cookies, and it works well and quickly. Here's where to get it.
