Gee Ray, I guess we were up early together. Yesterday morning I had to get a Boston Butt (Pork Shoulder) into the smoker at 5:30am, so I had to get up around 4:45 to prep everything. As it turns out we finished dinner last night around 9:30pm. I now wish I had gotten it into the smoker earlier. Next time. But, that pork was GREAT!!!
