New Windows Theme: Roxie from 'Chicago'

You can make you own Windows Themes by playing a video in full-screen mode, and using 'Print Screen' with the 'Windows' key to grab images, which you can then edit (if needed) and make your own set of images for a new theme. The instructions for adding it into Windows are on here in several places if you have time to look back through previous postings...or leave me a comment, and I'll do it again for you. It's fun, and this way, you can have your own choices. I've found that very few Themes from others really grab me, and I prefer making my own like this. It's more personal.
