Three tracking cookies on my computer the other day came from Russian websites. One of those Russian websites acts as a host for over 200 other sites, some of which are spreading malicious programming and spyware everywhere they can. I don't like that. We ought to be able to do something about it.
Ya, we need to hire some hit men....
