Colonel Putin, not to be confused with 'Ras' Putin, may be able to re-write history in his own back yard, but that doesn't apply anywhere else, and may not apply at home either. Not all the natives there are happy with him and his ideas. Not all of them want the 1960s to come back, and who can blame them?
