Progress: Their most important product ?

Five years ago, this multi-condo low-rise development had two nice big outdoor pools. Any day now, it will have none. They're gradually getting rid of everything they had originally put in to attract buyers when the place was converted from a riding stable and horse farm into urban clutter. The units are small, awkward to access, and most of the parking is outdoor at some of the buildings. They need something like a pool to keep people from dying of boredom, and they're ripping the last one out as I write this. Some people have all the smarts of a Pet Rock.
