Put these into a folder named DesktopBackground (all one word) and then put that into another folder named Miley, and then put the Miley folder into your Themes folder, which you can find by navigating to:-
C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes
When you get your new folder into Themes, open it, open DesktopBackground,
select all the images in it, right-click on any one of them, and choose from the list Set as Desktop Background. That should start your new theme on the desktop. Close the folder(s) and then on the Desktop, right-click or tap on an empty area, and choose the bottom item on the drop-down menu, Personalize.
That opens the Personalization window showing you all your installed Themes.
Your newest one should appear as unnamed and in the upper left corner of that grouping in the top section of the window. Right-click on it to bring up a choice to save it, and in the space provided, choose the name you wish to use for it. Click 'save' and it then moves down among the other themes in the main section of the window.
Along the lower edge of that window you have several choices, including the one on the left, Desktop Background. Click those words to open a window for
setting the duration of the time that each image is shown on screen before it changes to the next. Click 'Save' and 'OK' before leaving that window or your changes will not be saved. Beside the listing for Desktop Background, there is one to its right named Color. Some themes automatically choose their own colors to match the theme, but if not, you can choose the color tint for your window frames here. The other entries for Sound and Screen Saver are not likely to be used, unless of course you do use a screen saver. Monitors these days are improved from when those became imprinted with traces of the image from your browser or whatever, so you probably don't have to bother with that, unless you really want to. Be sure to click on 'Save Changes' before you close those windows. And enjoy your new Theme.
This is how it looks on the Desktop.
