How much is too much Google?

 

This article seems to carefully skate around the fact that if this was fifty years ago, most of what Google does to your Constitutional rights and freedoms would be considered illegal, immoral, and fattening. They offer us a carrot, and then they beat the shit out of us with a big stick if we don't give them everything they want, and they seem to want everything there is. So today's Question Everything is: "How much is too much Google?"

The Google Experience has become a lot like being sucked into a Black Hole, never to escape or be the same ever again. If being an all-powerful monopoly was a 'no-no' for Mighty Microsoft, then it should be equally a 'no-no' for Google, who make the NSA look like a bunch of rank amateurs.
