Today's Question Everything:

Isn't religion supposed to save your soul, not cost you your ass? How can anyone expect to go to some better place in the afterlife by killing those around them in this life? 

Nobody knows for sure how many various religions there are, but it is somewhere over 4,200 at last count. Doesn't this seem just a little bit ridiculous? How many Supreme Beings do you suppose there are? Do you imagine 4,200 or only just one? How do we know for sure if our religion is any better or any more true than any other? The proof of any religion's worth is in the amount of good that comes from the actions of its followers. So how does your religion shape up, compared to the other 4,199? Ever wondered?
