I disagree with CHP Assistant Chief Chris O'Quinn. I think the most dangerous thing they face is stupidity! Guys like this asshole in the video shown hammering on a black gal shouldn't be trusted with guns or the authority to go around assaulting other citizens, no matter where they're walking. And if his victim happened to be white, we'd probably shoot the son-of-a-bitch at sunrise without a fair trial. We should anyway because this is completely inexcusable behavior.
