Now they tell us....


If between 1950 and 1968 at least 700 'significant' accidents and incidents involving 1,250 nuclear weapons were recorded, this makes one think that we were in a lot more danger from our own forces than from the Russians in the Cold War. I wonder how many accidents and incidents they had during that time? We're all probably lucky to be alive, and it evidently was more good luck than good management.
