Can anyone actually afford another war? Would China lend the money for it?

And as long as I'm in a questioning mode, why is the White House throwing shit at a serious offer of help to avoid a firefight that you can't afford anyway? Are you guys mentally challenged or can't you survive without something to kill on a regular basis? The White House is beginning to smell like another kind of house,
of the kind that was used before indoor plumbing. Shame on you all. And this isn't a contest among prima donnas, so get over yourselves!
