We've now officially put an 8-track into interstellar space!
ET #1: "What the hell's this?"
ET #2: "It says 'Greetings from Earth!' on there..."
ET #1: "And where is this 'Earth' they speak of?"
ET #2: "It's a backward little terrestrial planet in the third orbit out from
a disgustingly average Population 1 yellow dwarf star in the
main sequence, located very near the outer end of one of the
arms of a spiral galaxy which is part of a group of about thirty
galaxies in our neighborhood."
ET #1: "Would I want to go there for a visit?"
ET #2: "Probably not. It's quite polluted, the natives are very warlike,
the women spook easily, and the fishing's not worth a damn!"
