As a society, we probably spend more of our time and money trying to live in some fantasy world than we do in the real one. And some of us even have trouble telling the difference. So we have movies that cost a king's ransom to produce and market, we have a music industry that's filling our heads with shit, and we have television with one-third of every hour devoted to commercial brainwashing. Are we stupid, or what?
