How do we know who is really behind that mask? Is it really a woman? Or is it some guy playing 'Mr. Dressup'? There's really no way to be sure, is there? And that's why these costumes should not be allowed wherever there are security concerns about possible terrorists and questions about what may really be underneath the coverings. Those who have nothing to hide do not try so hard to hide it. The photo is from USA Today's photo section on their website.
