Let's talk a little "Windows 8 Upgrade to 8.1"

Yesterday, while updating this with recent Windows Updates, Microsoft included something that began popping up this banner at frequent and annoying intervals......

They didn't include any information on how to stop or disable this, and it took me a half an hour to dig out its source folder in Windows system files. So if you are having this problem, you can do two things:-

1.) Click here for Igor's "MoveOnBoot" from Emco.

It can get rid of files or folders that otherwise will deny you access, but which you do want to remove completely, and right now. And it works!

2.) In your Windows 8, navigate to C:\Windows\Assembly\Native Images, and look for the folder named V4.0.30319_32\ and use MoveOnBoot to Delete it.
Reboot your computer, and enjoy your day!
