"Shutdown" and "Restart" desktop icons for Win-10

These follow the same procedure as in previous Windows systems, except that in Windows Technical Preview, you must use forward slashes ahead of the commands, instead of the dashes used in previous systems. If you use the dash instead of the forward slash, it just doesn't work. Trust me, I've tried it. You will notice in this screenshot that I have mine on here, and they work like a charm!
