The Really Rich vs The Rest of The World...

Fun With Figures:-

The richest 85 billionaires have as much money as the 3.5 billion poorest people. That's half the world's population. More specifically, the world's population a few minutes ago was 7,272,786,314, and half of that total is 3,636,393,157. If we divide 3,636,393,157 by those 85 richest, it means that each of those ultra-rich averages as much money as 42,781,095.96 of the poorest among the rest of us, including perhaps me and you.

Now you know why Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821) said, "Religion is what keeps the poor from murdering the rich." And Honoré de Balzac (1799-1850) said, "Behind every great fortune there is a crime." But as Katherine Whitehorn points out, "The rule is not to talk about money with people who have much more or much less than you." And that probably explains how these pirates got so filthy rich in the first place.
